Student Growth Platform

Context:

Our team had engaged with this client for many years and had slowly been crystalizing the stakeholder’s vision. With the product approaching its first version, the design had many ideas on how we could move toward collectively achieving a great product.

Challenges:

The client had a limited budget and a large scope of work, so when our team pushed for research & testing, it had fallen in favor of delivering the full scope of work.

Light at the End of the Tunnel:

We did a soft launch of the web and mobile app, which gave us an opportunity to take a step back and see the work we’ve done. It also gave us an opportunity to make a case for research & testing and prove its value.

We negotiated one week for a design sprint, usability testing, and user interviews. The result of our work impressed the client and afforded us a few more weeks of testing, which I think is a huge success!
